Thank you for shopping with Peace Light. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Peace Light is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over AUD $73
- Flat rate of AUD $9.97 for orders under AUD $73
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Europe: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days due to logistics or demand.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability.
This may result in:
- multiple shipments
- separate tracking numbers
- different delivery times per item
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- public holidays
- events outside our control
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided once the order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for updates.
Lost or Damaged Items (ACL Notice)
If your order is:
- lost
- damaged
- not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
please contact us.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if goods:
- arrive damaged
- are not delivered
- are not as described
We will assess each case and provide a solution in accordance with applicable law.
Delivered Packages
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered”, but you have not received it:
- contact the carrier first
- then contact us for assistance
We will assist in reasonable investigations, but final resolution may depend on the carrier.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peace Light is not liable for indirect losses, including:
- loss of income
- loss of opportunity
- delays outside our control
