Warranty Policy
90-Day Warranty Against Defects
The FlexLight is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your light develops a fault under normal use within this period, we'll repair or replace it, or refund it.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to claim
Email info.peacelight@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll sort it out — you won't pay postage on a valid warranty claim.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from not following the usage instructions.
