We stand behind the FlexLight. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

Email info.peacelight@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you the return instructions. Items should be returned in reusable condition (normal on-the-job use is fine — we just can't accept items that are destroyed or missing parts).

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is covered by you. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or not as described

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return cost and send a replacement or full refund — your choice. See our Warranty Policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
